1. Data controller

2. Data we process

This website does not store what you type into its forms and does not send it to any server. When you submit a form, a WhatsApp message is prepared on your own device; if you send that message, or call us, the following data reaches us:

• Identity: full name.
• Contact: phone number, e-mail address (optional), your WhatsApp profile name and photo.
• Request details: your message and the project you are interested in.
• Job applications: the position applied for, any CV you attach in the chat and the information it contains.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• Responding to callback and contact requests and informing you about our projects — KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishing a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
• Evaluating job applications and contacting applicants — KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f.
• Complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights in a dispute — KVKK Art. 5/2-ç and 5/2-e.

4. How we collect it

Your data is collected electronically, directly from you, through WhatsApp messages or phone calls.

5. Transfers

We never share your data with third parties for marketing. Messages you send on WhatsApp travel over WhatsApp's (Meta's) infrastructure, which is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms and whose servers may be located outside Türkiye. Data may also be disclosed to authorised public bodies where the law requires.

6. Retention

Callback and contact requests are kept for up to 2 years after the request is closed; job applications and CVs for up to 1 year from the application date. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
• To request that corrections and deletions are notified to the third parties who received the data,
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

Send your request in writing, with documents proving your identity, to Mansuroğlu Mah. 288/6 Sk. Çolakoğlu Plaza No:1 K:7 D:26 Bayraklı / İzmir, Türkiye. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

9. Cookie policy

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not track visitors. Our hosting provider may briefly keep technical connection logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

The Google Map on the Contact page is not loaded until you press "Show map". Once opened, Google LLC may set its own cookies, which are governed by Google's privacy policy. Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp links only open those services when you click them.
